Cobra 11 into English??

If your friend can manage with English subtitles (I'm not sure if there is an English dub for episodes past the 27th season), maybe you can try that. You'd have to buy the DVDs with the individual seasons, however, but that shouldn't be too much of a problem. Hopefully.
